In this training session held in Mamusha/Mamuša/Mamuşa was attended by the new staff members of Agriculture Cooperative “Nektar”.
We have continued with training session about the Personal hygiene where the workers were supervised along the processing line. Were showed the right way of cleaning the hands and disinfecting, removing the flowers from cucumbers and criteria’s for implementing the HACCP.
They were suggested not to use any jewellery, to clean all the cucumbers from flowers and to start implementing some criteria’s of HACCP.
